Other Required Software

The BoldChat and BoldCCM Operator Client requires:

	Microsoft .NET Framework Redistributable v2.0 This will be installed automatically if needed when you install the Bold Software Client.
	Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher You will need IE 6.0 or higher installed on your machine in order to install the Bold Software Client. (Your current browser does not appear to be Internet Explorer 6.0 or above. You will need IE 6.0 or above installed on your machine in order to install BoldChat)
